You can check the Best Before Date on the bottle lids or sachet packet, but typically our shots have a 12 months shelf life, the BBE date can be found on the side of the lid.

No, our shots are fine to be stored at room temperature. They are best enjoyed chilled, and once opened, should be stored in the fridge and enjoyed within 7 days.

Baobab fruit comes from the mighty, mythical baobab tree. The baobab fruit is gram-for-gram the world's most nutrient-dense superfruit boasting 7 x more fibre than oats, 6 x more vitamin C than oranges, 6 x more potassium than bananas and twice the antioxidants of acai. The trees themselves can live for up to 2,000 years, and it can take up to 200 years before they start to bear fruit, meaning baobab trees cannot be farmed. All baobab trees are therefore wild, and their fruits are collected by hand by harvesters. The fruits naturally fall from the tree once they're ripe (and bone dry on the inside!), and are split open and sieved, turning their fried fruit pulp into powder. UNROOTED use this powder to boost their shots and pop in their sachets, harnessing the goodness of the baobab and making it tasty and easy for you to enjoy.

The protection of baobab trees is different across all the countries where they are grown and harvested.
