Baobab-boosted Berry Overnight Oats
High fibre breakfast goodness at its best. Combining a creamy oat base, chia seeds and UNROOTED Good Fibre Baobab Fruit Powder sachet for added fibre and gut-health benefits, then allowed to sit overnight until thick and creamy, it's as easy as it is tasty. Serve with your favourite yoghurt, some berries and extra seeds. It’s great for meal prep and busy mornings.

Ingredients:
- 1 x UNROOTED Good Fibre Baobab Fruit Sachet
- 100g oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 120g thick dairy-free yoghurt
- 300ml dairy-free milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, optional
- Optional to serve: extra dairy-free yoghurt, fresh berries and seeds
Method:
1. Add all the oat ingredients to a bowl and mix well until creamy. Cover and keep in a sealed container in the fridge overnight to thicken.
2. Stir again in the morning and serve in bowls with some more yoghurt, fresh berries and seeds.
3. Enjoy straight away or keep in the sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
