FRAME x UNROOTED: 'The Framer' High Fibre Smoothie
This June, UNROOTED partnered with London's favourite gym chain FRAME to give participants in their al fresco Breakfast Barre classes a treat.
Evey Wednesday on the iconic Granary Square steps, participants receive a baobab-boosted take on 'The Framer' smoothie after class. High fibre, high vitamin C AND burning glutes? Yes please.
Because in the UK where 96% of us aren't getting enough fibre, UNROOTED is on a mission to get you fibre fit.
We're delighted to share the tasty recipe with you here for you to recreate at home:

Fibre content: ~6g per smoothie
Ingredients:
For the smoothie:

1 x UNROOTED Good Fibre Baobab Fruit Sachet
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 - 1 and 1/2 bananas
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cacao nibss
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- ice
Method:
1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
