Golden Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Sunshine in a bowl. This thick, creamy and vibrant high fibre smoothie bowl is the perfect quick breakfast or afternoon snack. Made with a variety of frozen fruits and dairy-free milk, the UNROOTED baobab fruit powder sachet adds lots of gut-loving fibre. Top with swirls of coconut yoghurt and fresh passion fruit for a tropical start to the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x UNROOTED Good Fibre Baobab Fruit Sachet
  • 1 banana, frozen in chunks
  • 80g frozen mango chunks
  • 80g frozen pineapple chunks
  • 60g coconut or other dairy-free yoghurt, plus extra
  • 100ml dairy-free milk e.g. coconut
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 passionfruit, scooped out

Method:

1. Add the banana, mango, pineapple, yoghurt, Unrooted Good Fibre Sachet, milk, turmeric and lemon juice to a high-speed blender and process until thick and creamy.

2. Pour into a bowl and top with the extra yoghurt, some coconut flakes, almond butter and passionfruit.

3. Enjoy straight away.
