Green Goddess Smoothie
Kick start the day in the best way with this super gut-loving high fibre fruit and veggie smoothie. Loaded with goodness and boosted with an UNROOTED baobab fruit powder sachet, it's the perfect drink to meet your fibre goals, pack in your veggies and is great on the go or for busy mornings. Naturally dairy-free and gluten-free, too.

Ingredients:

1 x UNROOTED Good Fibre Baobab Fruit Sachet
- 1 banana, frozen in chunks
- 80g frozen spinach (or fresh)
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 lime, juiced
- 300ml dairy-free milk e.g. coconut
- Dairy-free yoghurt, to serve
- Fresh mint, to serve
Method:
1. Add the banana, spinach, avocado, chia seeds, UNROOTED baobab fruit sachet, lime juice and milk to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a glass and top with some yoghurt, extra chia seeds and mint.
3. Enjoy straight away.
