High Fibre Kiwi Berry Smoothie

A fruity, fresh and vibrant smoothie with almost ½ of your fibre daily intake per glass. This smoothie has UNROOTED baobab fruit powder for added fibre and gut health goodness, and the range of fruits add sweet and juicy flavour for a healthy start to the day!

Time: 5 minutes

Fibre content: ~18g per smoothie

 

Ingredients:

For the smoothie:

  • 1 x UNROOTED Good Fibre Baobab Fruit Sachet
  • 1 and ½ kiwis, skin on
  • 50g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 50g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, frozen in chunks
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 160ml dairy-free milk e.g. oat or soya

 

To serve:

  • Dairy-free yoghurt
  • Strawberry compote or jam
  • Fresh berries
  • Flaxseed

 

Method:

1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

2. Swirl a glass with some yoghurt and jam, pour in the smoothie and top with some flaxseed and berries, if you like.
