Pistachio and Raspberry High Fibre Yoghurt Bowl
A simple and speedy breakfast recipe that ticks all the boxes. It’s creamy, vibrant, nutty and fruity, plus it's packed with fibre from the UNROOTED Good Fibre Baobab Fruit Powder sachet, raspberries, chia seeds and nuts. It’s ready in 5 minutes and naturally plant-based, easily gluten-free and great for on the go.

Ingredients:
- 1 x UNROOTED Good Fibre Baobab Fruit Sachet
- 160-200g thick dairy-free yoghurt (e.g. coconut)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 2-4 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, optional
Method:
1. Add the yoghurt, chia seeds and UNROOTED baobab fruit sachet to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Top with the raspberries, pistachios, granola and some maple syrup.
3. Enjoy straight away.
